Building a highly sophisticated leadership development capability for your organization is the focus of this course. Participants will learn from best-practice examples about the critical design features of well-architected leadership development systems including action learning, coaching, 360 degree feedback, executive education and on-the-job learning. How to effectively deploy and implement these interventions is a central feature of the course. This workshop is a hands-on, application-oriented approach to leadership development that is a highly interactive and case-based experience.
