In our review of the bigger data analysis of the summer Leadership Pulse data, we examined the trend data and some possible reasons why confidence in the economy is up but confidence in the leaders themselves, their teams, ability to execute, and other aspects of overall leadership were all down. One hypothesis was that leaders are looking around and finding that things seem to be better everywhere else but not within their own firms. The result is lowering confidence levels. If you review the latest report, please share your thoughts. What are you seeing in your firms? Thank you for your feedback and conversation.
