- Cam Caldwell obtained a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Washington State University in 2004. Dr. Caldwell has worked as a Management Consultant, HR Director, and City Manager for thirty years. He currently teaches MBA and undergraduate business courses at McNeese State University. He holds the SPHR certification and will sit for the GPHR certification in December 2008.
