You can set up your own blog, your 'my page' can be customized, and make sure you check out the 'my settings' tab on the right (sets sharing and email rules). And lastly, please do invite your colleagues (both in HR and not on HR). The more people we get involved, the better the learning. Thanks again - I look forward to your contributions.

Also, you could start your own group - maybe for HR executives ?? or HR in financial services? If you set to private, I think then only people you invite can be in that group. I must say I'm kinda new to all of this, so we are experimenting together.
