I have ties in both industry and academics.
On the industry side, I currently work for The Schwan Food Company, and am an executive council member on the Corporate Univeristy Xchange's Measurement Council.
On the academic side, I am a Research Associate at the University of Nebraska, and serve on the Academy of Management's Practice Theme Committee.
