- Dan Freschi, P&H Mining Equipment’s Leadership Development Manager for the U.S. and Canada, responsible for developing and driving strategy for leadership development within the US and Canada, including capability building and development programs, assessment, coaching and feedback processes. Dan has over two and half years with P&H and prior to P&H, served over 7 years Active Duty in United States Army gaining experience leading Soldiers in garrison and combat.
