- A psychologist by training, I've worked for several years in the recruiting and diagnostics field. I then went with Lee Hecht Harrison to build, and consecutively head their German Leadership Consulting practice. Besides growing the business, I also engeage in handling large-scale local and global projects, and in delivering selected consulting services. In addition, I just started a doctorate in management, focussing on organizational change with the University of Hertfordshir/UK.
