- About Me (short bio)
- I am an Associate Professor in the Management Systems Department of the College of Business Administration having arrived at OU in 1991. I graduated with my Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in May 1994 with specializations in Organizational Behavior and Organization Theory and with a minor in Social Psychology. I hold an M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Engineering/Product Design from Stanford University. I currently serve as Director of the Copeland Scholars Program and I’m a former Director of the Full Time MBA Program. I have worked in international education and done consulting in Human Resources, Small Business Management, and Academic Program Development.
