We can do what I did for eePulse, journal, team pulse, etc. on right (my marketing person did these). And do you have a different picture for the friends of CEO group? I tried to use logo, but it would not work. This is the only picture that was the right size that sort made sense to me. Need picture of campus or something.. or shot from a meeting??? And - right now - all is open. You can set groups that you have to be a member to see anything, etc. We're early, so I started out completely open to see what we get.

We are slowly but surely getting the leadership pulse participants in here. We'll see more when we give them reports. I think this will be a great forum for sharing the results - faster than we could schedule a webinar and more interesting than sending out reports. If you set up a blog and share with all - it will show up on the main page.

We can always change it around - I named it energize and engage so the search engines would pick it up under employee engagement - which is a hot topic. I could easily switch later.

We're getting our clients in now too.
