About Me (short bio)
I have worked at Armstrong World Industries, Inc. for 28 years and in the new product area for a total of eight years both as a project manager and a manager developing new products, services and businesses. New product portfolio management is a global function with portfolios for the Americas, Europe and Asia. Armstrong has developed a structured approach to the fuzzy front end that has been used by the organization for the past eight years.
