About Me (short bio)
An HR practitioner turned researcher/consultant/writer/MBA teacher. Main interests - measurement of HR strategy impact and evaluation of organisational learning. Author of "HR Strategy: Business Focused, Individually Centred" (2003), "The Bottom Line HR Function" (2001), "Evaluating the ROI from learning" (2005)", "One Stop Guide to Human Capital Management" (2004) and "The Value Motive. The only alternative to the profit motive." (2007). Teaches HR Strstegy as visiting lecturer on MBA programe at Reykjavik Business School.
