About Me (short bio)
Ralph Meyer is currently Director of Organizational Effectiveness for the Tremco Group a 1.3 billion subsidiary of RPM Inc. a 3.3+ billion holding company with more than 35 operating companies with 57 plant locations globally.

As a core member of the Tremco’s Target Tomorrow team starting in 2002, Ralph works directly with the operations leadership teams to align organizational initiatives with the strategic business plan to deliver the required business results. Active throughout the organization as a business process and leadership coach he works with the “C” level direct reports to develop the Succession, Talent and Hi-Potential Pipeline. Utilizing his Six Sigma Black Belt designation he facilitates operational improvement using a blended approach of DMAIC, Lean and Kaizen events. He was Director of HR for the Tremco Group before taking on his current role.
