Currently working in a personally owned business providing medical care coordination, direct nursing services and in-home supportive services for frail elderly and chronically ill clients to control medical costs and allow people to stay healthy and safe in their preferred place to live. Previously my career was as a human resources leader who effectively aligns HR strategy with overall corporate mission. Progressively challenging HR leadership experience in various environments including large and small business units, international locations, union and non-union operations with all levels of executives, employees and diverse global cultures. Significant achievements introducing lean manufacturing in both non-union and union cultures. Demonstrated leadership introducing effective organizational development practices and building a winning HR team.
