I have it set for sharing now, but we could always set it up so that only authorized people can join, etc. Also, it needs a different picture. This is all pretty early stage. My goal was to have a place to connect the leadership pulse people and thought I'd add in other groups. Also, we can create a network for just CEO if the forum makes sense for you . The thing with social networks, though, is that you need lots of people - otherwise, they lose their value . Compare this to the HR one - which now has over 550 people. It's all pretty interesting.

My executive editor, James Hayton, has his MBA class (exec MBA) in the leadership pulse, so they signed up their own group too. Cheers!
