We work with organizations that want to define and refine their business culture, from the perspective of greater employee engagement and performance.

Wright Results

Working from the premise that Engagement >>> Performance >>> Results I support leadership and management teams with ways to incorporate employee engagement and performance improvement opportunities and resources into their business culture.

My website, www.WrightResults.com and my two blogs--Culture to Engage and Prosperitee provide ideas, techniques and tips along these lines.

My commitment since 2002 has been to focus (almost) exclusively in the healthcare industry. Since 2006, my work has been essentially providing one- and two-day retreats for hospital leadership/management teams.

Realizing increasingly that employee engagement is a universal advantage and that leaders have to be responsible for their organization's culture, I am opening my attention to more industries.
