- Libby Sterbakov has a broad background in Talent Management. She is President of Stellar Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in leadership development, organization development and curriculum design and delivery. Before this, Libby was Vice President, Talent Management at Pitney Bowes. In this role, Libby had global responsibility for all leadership training and development, the succession management process across the enterprise, performance management and staffing. She developed a consistent worldwide approach to succession planning and high-potential development as well as to the implementation of eLearning and eRecruiting throughout the company.
Prior to this, Libby was the Director of Learning and Development at Oxford Health Plans, where she had corporate wide responsibility for all employee development. Before joining Oxford, she established and managed the Global Leadership Development Center at Digital Equipment Corporation, and managed a consulting firm.
Libby has been a featured speaker at The Conference Board programs, on the topics of attracting, developing and retaining employees. Also, The Conference Board is preparing for the publication of an article on Talent Management, in which Libby’s work at Pitney Bowes is cited as a best practice in that field.
