Hi Theresa, I think that one opprtunity we have here is to build a nice 'action learning' community where we can together identify common issues and draw on personal experiences to develop solutions. For example, the issue that I am most interested in right now (and I credit you for this!) is the notion of urgency. I hope that I can learn something from others in this community that will help me get a better understanding of how to build a sense of urgency in employees.

It may be that this could be a specific group - and the groups option is a nice way to structure these kind of discussions. In the mean time, I will look forward to seeing the results of the latest survey.
